PRICES
To avoid confusion, please review our spa menu carefully and feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to keep our site as current as possible, some item changes may not have yet been posted. Please confirm current prices when reserving your appointment. We do not accept discounts on our monthly specials, for they are already discounted.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your first service is scheduled to begin.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive 15 minutes or more beyond the time the first service was scheduled to begin, depending upon the service to be performed, we may have to modify or completely eliminate your first service. If a service must be eliminated, we reserve the right to charge a cancelation fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are sometimes necessary however your time at Rocky Mountain Day Spa has been reserved for you. Guests canceling less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the scheduled service regardless of the reason for canceling. This policy helps us retain great Spa Therapists. When making a reservation, we ask that you provide a credit card to reserve your service time and by doing so you agree to our policy.
DEPOSITS
Some appointments are subject to a deposit fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
MEDICAL RESTRICTIONS
Please inform us if you might be pregnant. Some spa services are not appropriate or safe if you are less than 13 weeks pregnant. It is essential that you inform our front desk staff/spa technician of any conditions that may limit the ability to receive a specific treatment. These include high blood pressure, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, past surgeries, and recently taken medications, specially photosensitizing ones, like Retin-A and Accutane and any sun conditions, topical creams like hydroquinone. We depend on you being as detailed as possible.
OPEN DIALOGUE WITH YOUR THERAPIST
As intuitive and talented as our therapist may be, they are at their best when guests express themselves. What feels right to some may not to others, so make your preferences known. If you experience discomfort, want to focus on a different area, or are simply curious about something, speak up!
CONFIDENTIALITY
All identifying and medical information is used for the sole purpose of making contact with the client and modification of spa services where clinically indicated. Under no circumstances is client information released or transferred to any other person, entity or business.
PAYMENT
We accept, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, Personal checks with 2 forms of ID. We do not issue cash refunds for remaining balances on a Gift Certificate.
PRODUCTS
All skin care, body, hair, and makeup products are final sale. All other items can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of purchase if unused and tags are intact.
SERVICE
At our discretion in the interest of maintaining a harmonious environment, we reserve the right to provide or deny services at will.
PRIVACY & MODESTY
Our entire spa services with the exception of our nails are preformed in private treatment rooms. During spa services, you will be completely covered with only the area receiving attention left exposed. You will be re-covered as the therapist moves on to another area of attention.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. Generally 15-20% of the cost of the service is appropriate. For your convenience, at the checkout, our desk staff will provide gratuity envelopes that we will distribute to the staff on your behalf. Gratuities may be paid in cash, credit card or deducted from your gift certificate. We consider gratuities a gift, not a requirement.
LOCKER ROOMS
When booking two or more treatments, we will have you slip into a cozy robe and slippers.
SHOWERS
We do not have showers or hot tubs available.Our facility is structurally connected to the Sheraton Hotel itself but we are an independent business.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you are visiting Steamboat Springs and have a limited time here and you have a gift certificate, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. We strongly suggest you plan ahead. You must present gift certificate voucher to receive credit for services at the spa.
ROOM CHARGES
We are unable to room charge to the Sheraton Resort.
FACILITY
Our facility is structurally connected to the Sheraton Hotel itself but we are an independent business.
